The Little Monster billiards table witnessed the moment its sponsored players Zhou Xu / Bao Jiaming reached the top!

On the evening of October 16, the "JD.com · October Rice Field · Little Monster Cup" Huacai Billiards National Collegiate City League (Tianjin Nankai Station) successfully concluded at Tianjin PK Billiards Club. After five thrilling days of competition, Little Monster-sponsored players Zhou Xu and Bao Jiaming stormed to the top of the podium, crowned as the undisputed "Triple Crown" champions! Jin Xiangyan / Zhang Haonan finished as runners-up, while Zhou Rui / Yu Kunchi and Xu Zhe / Meng Xiangxin claimed third and fourth places respectively.

This leg was co-presented by Jingdian's rising brand Little Monster, JD Sports, and October Rice Field. With a mission to reach college campuses across a hundred cities nationwide, the tournament is committed to unearthing hidden billiards talents on campus and building a growth bridge that carries passionate student players straight from university greens to the professional stage.

Notably, Little Monster pool tables provided full-court support throughout the event—bearing witness to every highlight moment in Tianjin Nankai, while elevating the competitive experience of the Collegiate City League with outstanding performance. Meanwhile, signature Little Monster gear—including the BK Beast, touted as the ultimate break cue under ¥1,000, and the Black Egg break-jump cue—kept popping up on camera. Hardcore equipment and high-octane action complemented each other perfectly, pushing campus billiards passion to its peak and charging every stroke with raw power and sharp edge.

The Tianjin Nankai stop drew a star-studded field: over 300 cueists from more than 150 universities—including the Central University of Finance and Economics, Peking University, Nankai University, Tianjin University, and Northeastern University—converged in the city for a decisive showdown. Adding to the electric atmosphere, all four semi-finalist pairs turned out to be champions of four previous legs (Beijing, Changchun, Dalian, and Zhengzhou), stacking the bracket with must-see matchups and nonstop suspense.

Zhou Xu / Bao Jiaming sealed a last-gasp semifinal revenge over Zhou Rui / Yu Kunchi, while Jin Xiangyan / Zhang Haonan knocked out Xu Zhe / Meng Xiangxin, setting the stage for a highly anticipated final. Adding a special touch, Little Monster-certified referee Liu Yuanyuan made a surprise appearance to officiate the championship match, her composed presence lending extra brilliance to the marquee clash.

Zhou Xu and Jin Xiangyan opened the final with a Huacai 16-ball duel. Zhou came out firing from the first rack, stringing together four consecutive racks to seize early control. Jin mounted fierce resistance through the mid-game grind, yet Zhou held his nerve to build a commanding 9-4 lead. Late in the set, Jin attempted a comeback, but Zhou's steady composure saw him close out the opener 11-6.
With the "Twin Stars" combo already banking one point, Bao Jiaming stepped to the table with a clear head—almost as if channeling Zhou's momentum. He, too, blitzed out to a dreamlike 4-0 start before stretching his advantage to 8-3. Zhang Haonan showed flashes of late resistance, only to be shut down by a three-rack winning streak from Bao. A dominant 11-5 victory sealed the deal, as Bao Jiaming and partner Zhou Xu lifted the Tianjin trophy in style.

Tracing their journey: from toppling the "PKU-Tsinghua" duo Wang Bin / Wen Feifan in the Beijing final, to dismantling the "Mingxing" pair Li Yiming / Liu Xingyu in Changchun, then returning to the winner's circle after a two-leg gap—Zhou Xu and Bao Jiaming have validated their "Triple Crown" status through one grueling battle after another. "Unknown on paper, unstoppable against the elite"—these eight characters serve as the perfect epitaph to their hard-fought campaign.

Jin Xiangyan / Zhang Haonan fell just short of back-to-back titles, yet reaching consecutive finals stands as undeniable proof of their consistent firepower. The third-place playoff between Zhou Rui / Yu Kunchi and Xu Zhe / Meng Xiangxin was no less riveting: Zhou Rui took the Huacai 16-ball 9-5 over Xu Zhe, before Yu Kunchi edged Meng Xiangxin 9-7 in Huacai 7-ball. Zhou Rui / Yu Kunchi ultimately walked away with bronze, marking their third top-three finish on the City League circuit.

With Tianjin Nankai wrapped up, the Collegiate City League standings have reshuffled. Zhou Xu / Bao Jiaming hold firm atop the table, Zhou Rui / Yu Kunchi sit second, this leg's runners-up Jin Xiangyan / Zhang Haonan leapfrogged from fourth to third, while the "Mingxing" duo Li Yiming / Liu Xingyu slip to fourth.

At the awards ceremony, General Manager Yang of Tianjin Jingdian Billiards Experience Center, Tournament Director Lou Qun of Jingdian Billiards Group, and Coach Yang of Tianjin PK Billiards Club presented trophies to the top four pairs and posed for commemorative photos. Title sponsor October Rice Field also gifted winning duos gift packs of its signature corn products—a heartfelt tribute to every ounce of grit shown on the table, sweetening the taste of victory with a warm, crisp finish.

As Zhou Xu and Bao Jiaming locked in their "Triple Crown," the curtain falls on the "JD.com · October Rice Field · Little Monster Cup" Huacai Billiards National Collegiate City League (Tianjin Nankai Station).
