On September 19, the 2nd "Star Path Craftsman Talent" Chinese Billiards Invitational officially kicked off at the Jingdian Star Path Billiards Academy. The event was co-hosted by Huludao City Dongdaihe Vocational and Technical School and Jingdian Billiards Group, and jointly organized by the Student Affairs Office of Dongdaihe Vocational and Technical School and Jingdian Star Path Billiards Academy.
